The check-in was smooth and quick. The swimming pool was spacious and clean. Breakfast featured delicious options like yogurt and fresh cake. The room had comfortable beds and maintained cleanliness throughout our stay. Staff were attentive and accommodating. 😊

The room was well-maintained, clean, and had a pleasant aroma throughout our stay. The pool area exceeded our expectations as it was larger than typical and very inviting. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast selection that included delicious yogurt and fresh sponge cake. it was truly a highlight of our mornings.

Excellent customer service, clean rooms.

The staff were friendly and offered good service during my stay. The location was convenient for accessing local attractions. The breakfast options were satisfying and provided a nice start to the day.

One issue I encountered involved finding another guest already in my room. This was quite alarming and caused a disruption to my check-in process.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Best Western University Inn. The staff was incredibly attentive, promptly assisting me with my luggage and guiding me to my room, which was clean and beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Family with kids? Look elsewhere!!

Well, the lady at the front desk was kinda helpful…she made sure my kids were safe and even got us in another room that was a little better, but that’s not saying much. You could smell the dampness as soon as you walked in and not in a good way.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for what we got, it felt way overpriced.

The helpful staff ensured I had a lower-level room, which was a relief given my injury. The cleanliness of the Double Room was commendable, and the hot breakfast—particularly the omelet and fried potatoes—was a fantastic start to the day. However, the towels felt quite worn, and the bathroom could use some updates. The pool was large and inviting, but the overall experience was marred by some noise from the hall, despite my first-floor location.
